A Private Yoga Session is a 60 minute one-on-one lesson between student and instructor tailored to meet the student where they are at in their practice.
A Private Yoga Session is beneficial whether you are starting a new practice, deepening your practice, or nourishing an injury or condition. A Private Yoga Session is also helpful for those who want to work toward a specific physical goal such as increased flexibility, balance, or strength; target problem areas like tight hips or hamstrings or weak knees, or increase your mental focus in a particular sport or activity. When you work with an instructor one on one, the instructor is able to help you experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, personal way.

Cancellation of all classes requires a 48-hour notice either in person, by email, or by phone in order to receive a credit. Blue Soul Yoga does not offer refunds but you may apply your credit towards a future private yoga session.
